Shipping

Hindustan Art ships paintings and handicrafts within India from our shop at hindustanart.com. Pieces are packed for transit (board and wrap for paintings; cushioning for brass, wood, terracotta, and decor).

Dispatch and transit

Dispatch is typically a few business days after PayU payment is confirmed. Transit time depends on destination and carrier. Shipping cost, if any, is shown at checkout or confirmed by message for oversized or bulk work. Prices on product pages are in INR.

Bulk orders

Wholesale and bulk shipments may use a different schedule and packing plan after your advance is received. We will confirm dispatch windows when the order is locked.

International

We do not currently list international shipping as a default option. If you are buying from outside India, use Contact Us or email Contact Us before you order.

Damage in transit

If a piece arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and item and write to us within 7 days of delivery — see our Refund Policy.
